You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you place your order. This email is sent to the email address you used to create your account. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within a few minutes of placing your order.
Your order confirmation email contains a link to a web page with the details of your order. That page also shows the current status of the order. You can also sign into your account to view your order status and order history.
In addition to the initial order confirmation email, you will also receive an email when your delivery is completed. Also, you can always check your order status on the website.

When picking up your order from our store location, you will be required to present your photo ID and credit card. In addition, please have your order number handy, so we can make sure you get the right items.
If you do not pick up your order within 24 hours, we will discard your order, and you will have to place another order.
Product Availability & Substitutions
On occasion, we may sell out of some products or flavors. If we are unable to fulfill your order with the products and/or flavors you selected at checkout, we will attempt to contact you via email and/or phone. You will have the opportunity to substitute items or cancel your order at that time.
If we are unable to reach you in time for delivery or pickup, we will choose substitutions for the out-of-stock items for equal or greater value.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns and exchanges are not allowed for any food items that are purchased online or in-store. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
