Ordering and Delivery Information

Placing an Order

To place an order, browse our selection of dessert products by vendor, category or occasion. If your order contains multiple vendors, each vendor will be treated as a separate order and delivery fee. Your order is confirmed when you receive an email confirmation for each vendor product. Orders may be placed for pickup or delivery. Pickup location varies by vendor. Orders may arrive at separate times during your specified delivery window from separate couriers. If you need assistance placing an order, please contact us at orders@cako.com.

Ordering for Pickup

Some products may be able for pickup from the vendor location. Pickup windows are available by 1 hour increments during the vendor’s open hours. Pickup locations vary by vendor. There is no delivery fee for pickup. Pickup orders will be held at the pickup location for a maximum of 24 hours. If you need to change your pickup time for a confirmed order, please contact us at orders@cako.com.

Ordering for Delivery

Cako Marketplace products are delivered by the marketplace vendor or an authorized third party courier. See Refunds & Exchanges for our Delivery Terms of Service.

Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery is subject to availability of the product and NOT guaranteed. Advance ordering is strongly suggested to guarantee availability. Lead times may vary by product.  

Delivery Fees

There is no order minimum but all deliveries are subject to a 10% service fee and a delivery fee. Delivery fees vary by vendor and distance.

Delivery Areas

At this time, we deliver to both commercial and residential addresses in San Francisco, South San Francisco, Daly City and select cities in the East Bay and Peninsula.

Delivery Windows

All delivery windows are offered in two hour increments. Cako cannot guarantee specific time requests for deliveries.

Delivery Policy

If an attempt is made for delivery during the specified delivery window and the customer is not available, the order will be returned to a Cako store and held for 24 hours for customer pickup. For any orders in San Francisco, South San Francisco or Daly City, the order will be returned to the Union Square location. We will not attempt a second delivery.
