Hello! Thank you for your interest in Cako.com. We are proud to represent dozens of locally-owned artisan bakeries in the San Francisco Bay Area, and we hope that you will join us!

Cako.com is the easiest way to add online ordering and delivery to your bakery.  We will help you promote your bakery, accept orders online, and manage delivery to the customer, all while minimizing the hassle and complexity for you.  We have helped our vendors handle thousands of online orders, and that additional volume has made a real difference to their businesses.

How It Works

The first step is to apply to join Cako.com as a vendor (see below).  Once your application is approved, we work with you to set up your store and list your products.  If you have an existing website, we can help you copy product information and photos from there; otherwise, we offer some photography and copywriting services that make it easy for you to get started.

Once your products are live, you process delivery and pickup orders using our easy-to-use vendor portal website.  To make delivery easy, we offer a Managed Delivery service where we schedule and manage delivery couriers, so you can focus on managing your store.  If you already offer your own delivery service, you can also continue to offer that as well.

Each month, you will receive a check or electronic payment for the orders that were completed, less our fees.  And if you ever need assistance, our account management staff can assist you with adding new products, updating prices, changing schedules, and more.
